Welcome to Muffy Film Productions,
We are a new independent production company based in Chicago, Illinois, founded by Allie Morgan.
Ever since she was a little girl, Allie has always loved telling stories, whether through writing, music, or dance. As a Black woman, she longed to see people who looked like her represented on screen and became passionate about creating stories that uplift and reflect diverse communities and experiences.
At Muffy Film Productions, our mission is not only to represent marginalized communities on screen, but behind the scenes as well. Our crews are just as diverse as the stories we tell. Muffy Film Productions is dedicated to uplifting women’s stories, Black stories, stories from people of color, queer stories, and many more voices that deserve to be heard.
This is a space where underrepresented communities are welcomed, valued, and empowered to share their stories with care, heart, truth, and passion.
We look forward to continuing this journey not only by telling our own stories, but by helping all of you tell yours as well.
